Dept. of Gastronomy: By Meat Alone: newyorker.com

Brent and I plan on taking a road trip to visit this place soon. BBQ lovers that we are (and BBQ boss that he is) it should be interesting - especially since, like the writer of this article, he is from Kansas City, vastly different in BBQ taste from what I grew up with here in Texas.
